Monroe Select Boys Basketball is a non-profit youth program for 4th-8th grade players as they prepare for high school basketball & beyond. We provide a competitive level of basketball for intermediate to experienced players, while helping them develop fundamentals, build character, & fuel their passion for the game.

We believe that TOGETHER we can and will achieve great things, on and off the court.

We play in the Wesco Feeder League, competing with other 3A/4A local high school feeder teams. The season begins in October and runs through early to mid March. The season ends with a State Tournament in Spokane in mid-March, for qualified teams.

| TRYOUTS |
DATES: 9/21 & 9/25!
All participants must register online prior to tryouts. Players are encouraged to attend both dates if possible.

| PRACTICES |
Two - Three, 90 minute practices are held each week at local gyms and begin in October. The season runs through mid-March.

| GAMES |
League play begins in early December, with 1-2 games each weekend on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
League games are played at various school gyms within the league and are free admission.

| TOURNAMENTS |
Local tournaments are held on most holiday weekends including: Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, MLK, New Years, Presidents Day, & Wesco in March.

State Tournamet in Spokane in mid-March, for qualified teams.

Tournaments collect entry fees for guests and typically include 3-4 games over the weekend.

| SEASON FEES |
$600 - $650 (based on parent or non-parent coach)
Fees include: game uniforms, shooting shirt, practice jersey, 2-3 practices per week, specialized instruction,
tournaments, & league games (approx. 30+ total games).
