• Support the Executive Director and coaching staff

• Provide structure and accountability for discipline matters

• Strengthen long-term sustainability of the feeder program

• Build community trust through shared leadership

 

Why We Have an Advisory Board: Leadership Beyond the Court

The Bearcat Feeder is structured intentionally.

We are building a program — not just a team.

An Advisory Board supports fairness, accountability, and long-term growth.

Basketball decisions remain with the coaches.

Discipline and culture decisions are reviewed with shared leadership.

This protects players, families, and coaches.
